Under no circumstances will MetroGoldMasters.com from here on Referred to as "MGM" enter into any contract or binding agreement with any merchant, buyer, or customer regarding any refund or exchange policies other than those listed below.
Refund Policy
MGM does not issue refunds or allows for exchanges on their merchandise. buyers agree that all sales are final and MGM is not responsible for any reason and by making a purchase they agree of this policy.
MGM will not reimburse any shipping fees or item cost.
all products will be shipped via trackable packages and in case of lost or undelivered packages you will need to open a claim with the shipping company, in case you asked for insurance on your package an invoice will be facilitated so the customer can proceed and make a claim with the shipping company.
for packages that are not insured , tracking info will still be provided to the buyer.
Exchange Policy
MGM does not allow returns/exchanges of any type and buyer agrees that all sales are final.
